Shipping, Returns + Exchanges

Shipping Time: Standard 2-4 Business Days unless otherwise stated

We work hard to ensure that your package is shipped out as quickly as possible, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high demand/holidays, weather conditions, or other logistical issues. 

Once your package has been shipped from one of our warehouses, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can keep track of your delivery.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your items, we'd love to know how we can improve! Please email us at shopalignedsoul@gmail.com with your order number, items you're wanting to return and the reason. All items should be in new condition, unworn and without strong fragrances/smells. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of your package delivery but you MUST email us before initiating the return to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

If you return without prior approval and it is not eligible, we will ship the item back to you after you have paid for a new shipping label (we can quote + invoice you).

For Eligible Returns, Aligned soul can issue a return label upon request and the return label amount will be deducted from your refund amount or you can self ship.

Items marked down/on sale are FINAL sale.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we do not mind exchanging if 1) the product is available and 2) you pay shipping both ways. We are a small business and try to price our items at affordable prices and paying extra shipping easily cuts into our slim margins. 

Aligned Soul is not responsible for lost or damaged packages 

Again, Items such as door busters or items that are marked down/on sale are not eligible for return.
